Division has taken the 29+ years in the building business and now

Phase I - The Beginning - An appointment is made to review the site,
including the property survey, and customer wish list.
Phase II - All the data is then distributed to our staff in the
office. The Town Zoning Officer is contacted to review the proposed
project for compliance. The project is then turned over to the
design department to create preliminary floor plans and elevations.
From the preliminary design, a cost estimate of the project is
completed.
Phase III - A 2nd interview is made with the customer. A compiled
Scope of Work is presented by Diversified Builders, including
preliminary cost estimates.
Phase IV - Upon acceptance the customer shall receive a construction
agreement for review, including the full Scope of Work, start date,
estimated finish date, dollar amount of the contract and a payment
schedule based on work completed.
Phase V
- Architecturals are completed - State and Local Building
Permits are submitted for approval. On receipt of the building
permits, the construction is scheduled for your dreams to become a
reality.
